Eden carefully created recipes with the utmost attention to each ingredient to offer a variety of choices to accommodate different dietary needs. Cakes are available in paleo, vegan, and Keto options.
Our Story
Eden began experimenting with gluten and sugar alternatives 16 years ago as healthier alternatives for her kids. Later as a health coach and nutritional counselor working in a doctor’s office, she would often hear from her patients how challenging it was to make positive dietary changes because they could no longer have treats.
From this experience, in 2020 Paulazzo Pasticceria was born. Paulazzo Pasticceria is a family affair. Paulazzo is our last name, Pasticceria means party shop in Italian, and we work together to bring you these divinely decadent treats with your health in mind.
